While it is very easy to transfer your existing contacts and calendar events to our new mail system, unfortunately it cannot be done for everyone at once like the mailbox can – it can only be done by the logged-in user. Fortunately, this is fairly simple.
Exporting and Importing Contacts
Exporting from Roundcube
Select the contact list from the sidebar
Select Export from the top menu. Then save the file somewhere you can find it again. You do not need to change any settings.
Exporting from Outlook
Select the File menu
Select Open & Export
Choose Imprt/Export
Choose Export to a File and click Next
Select Comma Separated Values then click Next
Choose Contacts, then hit Next
Lastly, Save the file somewhere and send it to Daniel at daniel@heritageofedina.com. He will unfortunately have to convert this file and give it back to you before you can import it to Zoho mail
Importing into Zoho Mail
Select Contacts from the Sidebar
Select the little 3 dots More Actions menu at the top of the contact list. Then from the menu, select “Import”
Select “Local File” and find the file you downloaded from Roundcube. Follow any instuctions, and just click Next until you are done.

Exporting from Roundcube
Click on the Calendar from the sidebar
Click the Export button
When it asks to Export to iCalendar, click the Export button
Exporting from Outlook
Go to your calendar screen. Then select the file menu.
Select Save Calendar and save the file somewhere you can find it. It is already formatted correctly for Zoho.
Importing to Zoho Mail
Click the Calendar icon in the sidebar
Click the little Gear next to My Calendars to Manage Personal Calendars.
In the Calendar Menu, Click Import/Export from the side bar, then click Upload files
Choose the previously downloaded file, and click the Import button.
