Memory Care
Our Memory Care program is designed to provide person-centered care for Residents dealing with the struggles of dementia. It provides assistance with the Activities of Daily Living in a way that promotes resident choice and dignity and sustains the residents abilities
Our Memory Care program includes all the services provided by Assisted Living plus:
- Resident-centered approach to behavior management
Non-pharmacological practices that are person-centered and evidence-informed - Care and support for those dealing with dementia
We prepare and educate persons living with dementia and their legal and designated representatives about transitions in care and ensuring complete, timely communication between, across and within settings. - Engagement and choice
Opportunities for residents to have meaningful engagement with other facility residents and the broader community - Targeted and available activities
A selection of daily structured and non-structured activities, included on the residents activity service or care plan as appropriate
