The “Service Changes” report gathers important non-clinical updates from ECS and compiles them into a short, helpful list. Non-clinical staff should run this every day and clinical staff should find this helpful as well. This is the exact same information that has been left as printouts in your mailboxes by Admissions since forever. We will no longer be printing this.

The report contains updates on the following: upcoming or recent move-ins/outs, departures and returns to hospitals and other care centers, diets, meal plans, food preferences, allergies, and miscellaneous housing items. Admissions and other staff work hard to make sure this is up-to-date by 9am or earlier each business day.

Step 1:

After Clicking the button to load the report, click the filter button:

Step 2:

Check the boxes for “Inactive” and “Referral”. if you do not do this, you will likely miss upcoming move-ins and recent move-outs. Then Select All and hit OK

Step 3:

Select your To and From date, then click OK

Step 4:

Hit the Go button to load the report:

Step 5:

If you wish to print the report, the print button is in a hidden menu. Click “More…” to see it
